Privacy policy

What we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it to what we need to run ANSY.

1. Information we collect

  • Account details: your email address and, if you add it, your name. If you sign in with Google we receive your name, email and profile picture.
  • Your pages: the descriptions you give the AI, the content of your pages, images you upload and the domains you connect.
  • Billing: handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. We receive your subscription status and country, never your full card details.
  • Technical data: IP address and browser information for security, rate limiting and preventing abuse.

2. Visitors to pages built with ANSY

Published pages count visits without cookies and without storing personal data: we only keep a daily total per page. When a visitor submits a form, we store what they entered and share it with the page owner. For that data, the page owner decides how it's used, and we process it on their behalf.

3. How we use information

  • To provide the Service: generating, hosting and serving your pages, delivering leads and sending sign-in links.
  • To keep ANSY safe: scanning pages before publishing, rate limiting, bot checks and reviewing abuse reports.
  • To communicate with you about your account, billing and important changes.

We don't sell personal data and we don't use your page content to train AI models.

4. Service providers

We share data only with providers that help us run ANSY, under contracts that protect it:

  • Cloudflare (hosting, storage, DNS and bot protection)
  • Supabase (database)
  • Anthropic (AI text generation from the descriptions you write)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • Paddle (payments, tax and invoicing)
  • Entri (optional one-click domain setup) and Pexels (optional stock photo search)

5. Cookies

The ANSY app uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to connect a page you made before signing up to your new account. We don't use advertising cookies.

6. Retention

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a site or your account, its pages, leads and files are deleted from our systems, apart from limited records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. You can edit or delete most data yourself in the app; for anything else, contact us.

8. International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we use safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

9. Changes

We'll update this page when our practices change and tell you about significant changes by email.
