If ANSY isn't right for you, you can get your money back within 14 days of any payment.
Email support@ansy.my within 14 days of any payment for a paid plan, whether it's your first payment or a renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full. You don't need to give a reason. Please write from the email address you sign in with, so we can find your account.
Paid plans are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, so Paddle returns the full amount to the payment method you used. Depending on your bank, it can take a few business days to appear.
When we refund a payment we also cancel the plan, so your account moves to the Free plan. Your pages stay online, and features that need a paid plan (such as custom domains) stop working.
You can cancel any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you won't be charged again. Cancelling doesn't refund past payments on its own; to get one back, email us within 14 days of it.
