The rules for using ANSY to build, publish and host landing pages. Please read them carefully.
ANSY is run by ANSY Technology (“we”, “us”) and provides an online service for creating, editing, publishing and hosting landing pages (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use ANSY for a business, you accept them on its behalf.
You must give a valid email address and keep access to it secure, because we use it to sign you in. You're responsible for everything done with your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live.
You own the text, images and other material you put on your pages (“Your Content”), including content generated for you by AI features. You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, display and process Your Content only as needed to run the Service. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to Your Content and that it's accurate and lawful.
AI-generated text can contain mistakes. ANSY marks details it can't know (such as reviews, prices or contact details) as placeholders. Check and edit your page before publishing it.
You must follow our Acceptable use policy. We may remove content, suspend pages or close accounts that break it, with or without notice when needed to protect people.
When visitors submit a form on your page, we store the submission for you and process it on your behalf. You're responsible for using that information lawfully, including telling your visitors how you'll use it and responding to their requests.
Paid plans are sold by our reseller and merchant of record, Paddle.com, which handles payment, taxes and invoices. Plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing page; your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for and then moves to the Free plan. You can get a full refund of any payment within 14 days, as set out in our Refund policy.
If a plan ends, your pages stay online on the Free plan. Features that need a paid plan (such as custom domains) stop working, and the “Made with ANSY” badge is shown again.
You must own or be allowed to use any domain you connect. Keeping the domain registered and its DNS records correct is your responsibility.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or improve features. We'll give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what a paid plan includes.
To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is”, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. This permanently removes your sites, published pages, leads and domains. We may close accounts that break these terms.
